Yes Yes! Milo and Nescafe also very expensive. Milo I think now selling around RM13++. But I think sometimes if you're lucky can get around RM10++ at Tesco or Giant.

Nescafe not said very expensive mah, only RM8++ for 30 sachets somemore. Sometime can even get cheaper.

Milk is too acidic, take soy milk instead, yum yum!! More healthy and it's alkaline.
Milo is acidic ah ? this one i really dun know. Soy milk ? I will try to find out which brand is better..
