A crazy workout night
Thats friday night, after settle Romiko's case I faster change my cloth for the Bodypump class. No mood to join the bodystep class, why ? Coz not Ken Mun, but Raymond. Raymond always make mistake in his class. So I start blacklist him. Eric Ting, send Harvin come to BKT lah, Harvin not bad....haha
Bodypump class was tough and tough.....most of the ladies member are regular, just those guys, keep change and change. After 10 tracks...almost died. Sooooo tired. Stupid instructor, dun know he train human or train animal....but we enjoy the class lah. No pain no gain mah....
A boring Saturday Night
Saturday after work, plan to go for BodyAttack, but my body told me I should go for sleep. So ? I just sleep...sleep and sleep. Good friend Eric FFK me at night, so I just stay at home. So boring !
Swim in the raining day
Receive a call from "Biao Ge", Wow...finally he back to town, but he will permanant at HK after wednesday. Chat with him but cant ask him out for meet. He very busy! Afternoon go to swim at PJ, but raining day, since the pool still open, at 1st I plan to swim 1000 meter but due to heavy rain, they going to close the pool, so I just finish swim at 600 meter.
Going back home to sleep again, another boring Sunday !
