How ? I only can say i try my best, and dont forget to wear the compression sock.
The compression sock got some recovery function, wish it can help !
What is my aim for PBIM ? I just wish the 21km i can finish before 2:15 hours, if can i wish can sub 2. I know sub 2 is a bit difficult for me as i still need to see my ankle condition.
