New schedule of workout

Monday - running, weight lifting
Tuesday - Weight lifting , Body Combat
Wednesday - Swimming, weight lifting
Thursday - Running, body combat
Friday - weight lifting
Saturday - REST
Sunday - LSD, swimming, Body Pump.

Above are my new schedule of workout, reduce some program. I wish to fond another slot to put in another Body Pump class, just cant find a nice instructor. The recently one, still need to improve!

And never forget that, my 2010 resolution ! My running target already achieve , another one is......haha...let you know later !
