Swim and Pump

plan to do LSD about 10km, but raining ! I try to ask Kelvin go to BA run, but he still

dont want to go so far. Now ....raining ( small rain nia ), then we end up with ate dim sum .

He still need to accompany his wife to go office to continue her work. We chatting till 8:30am, then we left! I drive to KJ to practice swim ! Target 800m, so i swim around 1000m with some resting.

Wow...before enter the pool, there got so many people just left there, and all with swimmer build !

so envy !

I continue my workout ( body pump ), actually plan not to join IM's class, i just hate him so much! How can he saying that wish i die immediately ? and wish i bang by car !!! How childish are him ?

Bryan come to join the class, and i saw another idiot women. She also come to join ? Oh...please ! Dont she saying so proud that .....haiz....human !!!!

Back to home on time, and continue is...resting ! my ankle just like want to kill me ! Should i go for operation ? This is the question !!!!
