I Step to Axis

Since I had promise the instructor long time ago when he pass the Body Step, now I only manage to join his only class at Menara Axis. Reach Axis a bit early, then go to tread mill for warm up my body. I think I old already . What happen ? After finish running, I found that I lost my locker key. I keep finding, studio, changing room and ask front desk. Shit, I cant find it. Suddenly I remember that i put my key on the tread mill. Faster run to see it, yes ! It was there. Sometime I'm really scared my own self. haha

Body Step class start at 10.30am, lots of member there. The new Body Step also got some new move, "asound the world"...its too fast, very confusing... but lastly i manage to do it. After finish class catch up with the instructor and giving some comment. Had a very long chat with him.

I saw Koala there, he asking me why Im not coming with some one. Haha..Koala, dun think too much. This kind of thing just happen once in a blue moon. I didnt join the combat class, think to do on Monday, but lastly I cant make it. I miss the "When Evil meet Angel" pump class.
