Tonight I didnt go to KBT for pump class, where I run to ? The Curve ? nope ! I go to Consplant , the last class i join for monday pump class at consplant was 3 years ago. Time passing so fast, 3 years , I really cant imagine. Very lazy to go over TC, so why not I enter Steven's pump class since his BP class also not bad lah but cant compare with his basic step.
I told to BQ and LP, ask them come to join me. Yes ! They also agree with that, just I cant imagine that BO also appear at consplant. BO, dun you must appear at TC on Monday? But I know consplant also got lots of class you can join.
The new BP70 cant say that very tough, but you need to put on some weight, then you will feel how it work to your muscle. I like so much to track 4, True Believer. I think this song also come out in RPM, right ? Over all , I dun like the lunges track, so cacat when do it. No idea why I always cant balance myself when doing it. If I just use the bar support, then lagi cacat 1/2 way need to squat....Arg....susah ler!
Ok, i just plan, i will come to consplant on and off for Monday, at least I need some change for instructor for BP!
