After Monday BP class, start feel that my shoulder part was so pain. Many friends asking me that why u always said your shoulder pain, but dun you all dun know I injured my shoulder when I do BC class ? That was a old injury, I think that I totally recover then I only back to BP class.
I was wrong, the pain came back every time after BP class, then I need to rub the muscle pain cream every night. Doctor already warning must stop gym now if not my shoulder will getting worst !!! I think I really need to let my shoulder take a long rest, but after July, ok ?
