I'm start aging
Saturday night when I was having dinner at Jusco with my best friend, suddenly he told me that I'm look aging. Lots of white hair, dull skin, wrinkle........
Ok, my dear friend, do you know how old am I now ? It is normal when I reach to this stage, I'm just face it. But I know, there still got many ways for me to stayed young always, right ?
Wow...full house !
Sunday noon, I going to FF KBT for BP class, IM replace it. I think most of the people cant believe that, it was full house !!! I never never saw IM's class full house before. IM told me that nothing to be excited, coz this slot, ah chu ah gao on the stahge also full house one. Erm.......agree.
I heard that got few member told IM that his class very tough, hahaha..like that also tough ah...., really never saw snake poo poo before.
Body heaty
My lips keep cracked and chopped, I think that maybe due to some bacteria or virus infect. Just because already few week it doesnt heal . LP said that my body heaty again, I also think about it before, but I noticed that this only happen on July and August since last year. I should reduce to eat durian and eat more mangoesteen.....or coconut water or maybe Wong Lou Kat !!!!
