3 for 1 body pump class

By right plan to go gym at FF KBT, but lastly AL asked to go Summit for someone's class. Think , think and think, then I take my car key drive over to USJ. Am I crazy ?

I reach there 7.15pm, after that saw AL rush to the club. When i walk out to studio again, I saw Andy was there, he told me he will replace someone. Suddenly just in my mind, am I still want to join class ? I better join lah, since AL is here.

Tonight class only got 3 members including me. The studio look so empty, and 1 thing I should complaint, the studio got mouse dead at the top ! very very smelly !!!!

Tracks selection was nice, and Andy keep saying he will try to use someone's old track, or tough tracks.....issit he pointing to me coz I always run away from his class ? lolz....paiseh ler....

I skip the lunges track, (normal for me lah ) AL complete the class. Andy say TQ to me coz willing to enter the class, if not the class only got 1 member....okok..I always helpful de...lolz

After class, after shower rush back coz I need to do some banking job...

Wei....why always not come to the Tuesday class ? Even member saw me there will direct told me dun put any hope, coz you always absent....haiz...( I come to summit only for your class meh ? huh )
