It was my long long time didn't go to Consplant for Friday Body Pump class, before that I addicted at FF KBT friday night. Have promise to BKLTL few weeks ago I will come to meet them , but at last, I ffk them....Dont TL ya...Tonight, I plan to go again, ya ya ya....I will go tonight and AL told me that he also can make it tonight. Great ! When I reach to Consplant, wah lao...where are BKLTL members ? Didnt saw 1 of them...shit ! I saw BQ come to shower when I in the class.
Tonight's pump class jusr ok, some of the tracks same with Tuesday at TC. And some more the shape up lady warn me must take rest if not add up some weight...okok...I'm not show off..will listen to you !
After class have dinner with AL, thinking that should i go to the launch ? no idea yet.......still thinking. Tomorrow night need to go Curve, for 1 queen and 1 princess birthday ! Yeah !
