What it mean " BOSS"

Today siao zar boh still ki siao in the office. She look so happy, keep calling to his friends chatting, then keep intercom to the HR indian chit chat thing. As I know, she keep complaining I still havent give the time slip for her to sign......Later, the indian came out and talk to me.

Indian : Mr Lee, where is the time slip ?

CP : I already pass to Mr Lim ( My Big Boss ), he will sign for me, then I only passed back to u.

Indian : Why you ask him to sign the slip? You should know who is your boss !

CP : My Boss ? is Mr Lim .

Indian : Sorry, you cannot give to him sign the slip, you must give the slip to siao zar boh ( of course he didnt say it lah ) sign, not Mr Lim!

CP: Why Mr Lim cannot sign the slip ? He already told me that he will sign it, then I pass the slip to you, then settle , right ?

Indian : (with higher voice ) You must know that, siao zar boh is your boss, not Mr Lim ! You must clear about it !!!!!

CP : Huh??? She is my boss ? Sorry, as my knowledge, Mr Lim is my boss, and he already said will sign the slip, and i will passed it to you. If he didnt sign it, then you just deduct my salary, why need to make so much noise ? right ?

Indian : ( boh song face and walk away from me )

I wonder that what is BOSS ? do you know it ?

Siao zar boh is my dept asst manager, sorry to inform that, from today onwards, you are no more my dept head......wakakaka....coz I already know it before boss going to announce in the general meeting !!!!
