Proud of You all !

This 2 girls, BQ and QQ, dun play play, maybe they are next top ladies runner soon. hehe...a bit kua jiong !

Before the race, always ask 2 of them must training , practice .....they always say very tired after run 2 km......haha....now , 10KM ( actually 9.2km ) 2 of them finish in 1:04 hour....very drama hor...this is what i told them , set a person to pace with, sure you can finish it.

I'm almost lost with them, after i complete done all the collecting bag, fruits , my bag....i still cant catch them. I waiting them at finishing point, 10:20pm, still not see them. This time i cham lor, this 2 girls sure missing some where else or ambulance collecting them back....haha..

After getting a call from them, only know that they complete the run in a very nice result . At least, for a new runner, 10KM in 1:04 hour, is a good result !

I super happy and very proud of u all, keep it up ! and Keep running !
