I did It ! PBIM

The 1st outstation run for me, the 1st PBIM 21km for me. I can say 70% i had done the preparation for this race.

Kelvin is the driver for this time, me, Lionel and Jack Chan are follow his car up to Penang !

We stay in B Suite, 1.5km to the starting point . Still consider not so far !

Start driving up 8:45am and meet Jack Chan at Kepong. Taking 3 hours to reach Penang, I know a bit fast but just avoid the traffic.

Lionel stay his own room another 3 of us stay in 1 room, the worst is, i sleep on the wooden bed. Muscle and bone pain after few hours slept. haha.

Kelvin and Jack start their early sleep at 7pm but i only manage to sleep at 8pm. Then wake up again at 1am. So we all start eat banana, Milo, protein and etc. Then we heading to Queensbay Mall at 2am. We took 30 mins walk from our hotel to there, hehe...warm up mah...!

The race start at 3am, on 1st 2km i try to pace kelvin, when start heading to bridge, i start run as normal coz i wish to break my own PB! Everything is going okay, but when reach 12km , rain like dog and cat !!! Cinya....i cant see very clear, and the running shoe start feel heavy. But it was okay coz i using Adizero instead of Asics. haha...The difficult way to run in the rain is your head cant look forward ! I slow down my run and the last i walk !!! ( sorry about that )

After reach the return way water station at middle of the bridge, i continue my run. After 18km, my right knee start feel pain ! I almost fall down becoz it suddenly feel no energy at all. I walk again, and i saw Eric and jackson. hehe....i manage to sayur 2 of them. The last 500 meter , i start run like got crazy dog follow behind me ! Yes, i did it, another PB for me. Even the timing not what as i set, but still got bit improvement!

I waiting at the finishing line to wait Kelvin, where is jack, he finish after 2 hours time and rest at some where else. After waiting for 15 minutes, i saw kelvin back. I know he run in suffer as his knee get injured before ! While we are finding where is this jack, I manage to saw IM back from his 42KM. timing ? 3:55 hours. maybe not what he wish to get, but Im happy to saw him even when i try to go in front him to said something, but at last i didnt do it. I scare he will treat me like stranger, better not coz it will really spoiled my mood.

Finally, it was a good experience to run in the rain, and i get to know few more runners. : )
