My 1st LSD in 2011

Done my 1st LSD from Bukit Aman to Hartamas, total distance = 20.50km with the time
2:11 hours !!! Unbelievable !!!!

Now the problem is, my whole body so sore , and my breathing are so inconsistence !! This cause me cant attend IMs class !!
