Why ? I dont want to work with china man thinking company anymore !!! I hate it !
The other reason is, they set a high monthly sales target for us. RM40K+/ month.
As you know, my company product is a slow moving consumer goods, targeting client also limited. 3 months i work at there, only can manage to get RM57K. If you divide it, only RM20K i did it per month. The commission also not easy to get, work so hard, every month only can get RM250 to 300. Not my target too.
So When i saw there got new job opportunity , i try to contact that person in charge. She was ok, explain what should i do if i go for interview later, tell me the role and function of the new job.
I really wish i can get it !!! really really really wish it !!!
