The modern living people now needs it so much, due to can't really get a complete
body needs. Like the Vitamins & Mineral. Just ask yourself, do you take fruit everyday ?
Or you just think that eat more vegetable already enough ?
Okay, what I take recently ? I think that it is too much , in the other way we call it " kiasi"!
1. Ganoderma
2. Spirulina
3. Glucosamine
4. Radix Pseudo-ginseng
5. Garlic oil ( on and off, i scare the smell )
I already stop the Multi Vit, think to continue it, and maybe fish oil too. Fish oil is good for my joint. I know that too much of supplement not a good deal, will reduce it after i finish some of the above.
What supplement do you take ??
