Adination Breakfast Run - Series II

Dear adiNation of Runner's

We are please to announce that Circuit 2 of the 5th Saturday Run will be on Saturday 30th April 2011 at Metropolitan Park, Kepong and will be flag-off at 7.00 a.m. Registration is open and the event will be limited to 300 runners.

This time around it will be open to all and it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once we reach our target of 300 runner we will stop entry. The newest attraction in this event will be the Finisher medals. Entry is FREE but those who are interested in the Finisher Medal will have to pay RM20.00.

We will be providing refreshment with water & isotonic drink and light breakfast with " fruits, buns & nasi lemak " . We will have a Medic team on stand-by for your safety.

Participants will either run a minimum of three circuits or two hours. We will have prizes for the top FIVE finishers both the Man & Woman category and also TEN lucky draws. Prizes will also be given to the best " SHOUT OUT "

To reward the participants a one week valid adidas 30% discount voucher will be given away together with Goodies from sponsors.

Sign up for this run again, but it fall on Saturday. As you know i need to work on that day, maybe I on leave or maybe MC or maybe I request to come in late to office. : )
