Once a year, runner will wait for this super fun run.
Why ?? Free flow Milo !!!! The registration fee just Rm20 and you entitled to get a dry fit t shirt and a finisher medal.
So how was my run ?? I keep push myself to run..
This is the 1st time, few colleagues from my department also join this event after i keep psycho them. Hehe
