Mark Williams, the official coach of the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2015, demonstrating a plank exercise as he shares warm up techniques, stretching and strength exercises in the running clinic.

Following the warm up session, the Marathon’s runners gear up to race against the clock to complete their loops around Bukit Jalil Park.

Mark Williams talks about different foot types while sharing the importance of running footwear during the session.
