As some of you might already know, the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2015 has been moved back to Sunday, 4 October following an announcement by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Malaysia.
We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences caused over the last week and we thank you for all your feedback. We are aware that you may have either cancelled or transferred your registrations and/or have requested for refunds. You might even have made alternative travel arrangements to accommodate the change of that. We assure you that we are looking into addressing every single scenario.
If you have cancelled your registration and have requested for a refund, you may either maintain the cancellation and you will receive your reimbursement by 31 August 2015 OR if you are willing to participate on 4 October, you may undo your cancellation here.
If you have transferred your registration using our registration transfer platform and want to participate on 4 October, you may send us an email. We have your records and we will honour the amount that was originally paid by your good self. If you have received a registration via our registration transfer platform, your registration will automatically be moved to 4 October. However, if you are unable to participate on 4 October, you may post your registration on our registration transfer platform or send us an email and we will reimburse the original amount paid by the 'seller'.
