When you having sprain or fracture , below's food list you should avoid to take !

1. Duck
2. Prawn, Crab, Kembong Fish
3. Beans, Bean Sprout, Acidic Veggie, Pickled Veggie
4. Bah Kut Teh
5. Lipton Tea, Chinese Tea, Green Tea
6. Beer
7. Soya product, Acidic Drinks
