


After swim and Body Step class today, I think should go a visit for Tik Dar again, plan to doPump, but shoulder too pain already, if i continue it, i think my shoulder will drop. I know someone is there in the class....haha
The Tik Dar sifu help me adjust adjust, then kua sha....omg...it is freaking pain !!!!! After the result, you see the photo.......I also shocked !
